Yuki Noda, formerly of Ebisu's Nihonryori Sanpi Ryōran, heads the kitchen
Ouchi DELI offers home-style side dishes prepared with care, using seasonal and traditional ingredients, with the health of the diner in mind. Yuki Noda, who was active at Ebisu's Japanese restaurant Sanpi Ryōran, is in charge of the cooking, offering freshly prepared meals that anyone can enjoy for comfort at any time.
Main dishes include standards like fried chicken, rolled omelets, miso-marinated meats and fish, and dressed vegetable salads. There are also dishes like the "Adult's Ultimate Salad," packed with vitamins and minerals, and "Children's Chili Con Carne," gently seasoned and rich in nutrients essential for growing children. These dishes incorporate elements from various cuisines, based on Japanese cooking.
In addition to the deli items sold by weight, the shop also offers "Jibun Gohan" (Your Own Meal), where customers can create their own combinations of main and side dishes, and "Balance Gohan" (Balanced Meal), curated by a registered dietitian for nutritional balance. Eat-in service is available at the 6-seat counter. Furthermore, set menus such as "Chirashi Sushi," "Bō Sushi," and "Onigiri" (rice balls), perfect for parties, picnics, or as gifts, can be pre-ordered.
Ouchi DELI carefully prepares its dashi broth daily, the cornerstone of Japanese cuisine, allowing customers to enjoy a "proper meal." It promises to be an oasis for busy modern individuals, as well as for those living alone.
