Sankt Gallen, a craft brewery known for its distinctive beers, has released "Seven Peach Ale."

Made with real fruit, without artificial flavors or concentrated juices, this ale uses an impressive 400kg of peaches in its brewing process. The cloudy beer, created by fermenting a mixture of peach puree and malt extract, exudes the natural sweet aroma of peaches. While most beers use barley malt, this one incorporates wheat malt, which contributes to a softer, smoother mouthfeel than barley, truly capturing the taste of an adult peach nectar.

The peaches used are imperfect (non-standard grade) fruit from Yamanashi Prefecture. This initiative effectively utilizes peaches that would not normally be distributed, such as those with slight discoloration due to high summer temperatures, providing significant benefits to the producers. Currently, "Seven Peach Ale" is available exclusively on tap at autumn beer events and select establishments. Distribution to Sankt Gallen's partner bars is scheduled to begin sequentially from October onwards.
