Top Professionals Gather for Cuisine and Ambiance

The restaurant, named "CROSS TOKYO," opens at the Roppongi 5-chome intersection where Keyakizaka and Imoyosuzaka meet. Rather than creating an extraordinary experience, it aims to be a restaurant where one can casually drop in and cherish the everyday. Shohki Inoue, who worked as a sommelier in New York and Nice in his twenties and recently served as General Manager at "Restaurant-I" in Jingumae, is the owner.

The cuisine is prepared by three chefs, each returning from France, Italy, and New York. The menu, based on French and Italian cuisine, features dishes such as a Caprese salad aiming for the best taste in Japan, a bouillabaisse made with natural ara (a type of sea bass) directly from Fukuoka's fish market, and the "Cross Burger," which encapsulates a marriage of ingredients in a hamburger patty.

While embracing the everyday, top creators have gathered not only for the cuisine but also for the spatial design. The approximately 160-tsubo interior houses 168 seats, including a dining area, private rooms, and a bar. The space is designed by Masamichi Morita with "light color" as the concept. Flower artist MASSA NAKAGAWA, who has also produced stage designs for MISIA, and sound producer Shinji Kinoshita, active at Carnegie Hall in New York and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, were also involved.

CROSS TOKYO is a place where people, things, and experiences intersect in a way never seen before. The cuisine and ambiance, crafted by professionals from each field, will undoubtedly make our "everyday" even more wonderful.
