On the first floor is "Eggs'n Things," a casual Hawaiian restaurant renowned for its generously whipped pancakes and omelets made with fresh eggs. Following the Harajuku branch, which opened last year and still draws queues, and the Yokohama Yamashita Park branch that opened in June, it is now possible to enjoy this experience in Shonan, closer to the authentic Hawaiian atmosphere.



The second and third floors house "GARB," a restaurant with branches in Tokyo and Osaka that enjoys wide support across various demographics. Here, guests can savor dishes made with abundant local ingredients and pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. The rooftop terrace also features the only barbecue space in the surrounding coastal area. With no preparation needed, visitors can enjoy a barbecue with friends while taking in the scenery, completely hassle-free.


Additionally, each floor from the first to the third offers deck terraces. Whether watching the people go by or simply enjoying the scenery, guests can spend their time as they please. Furthermore, the venue regularly hosts events proposing various lifestyles through music, art, and food, so be sure to check the schedule.
