Limited-Edition Macaron Box for August

Ladurée's signature is its colorful, delicate macarons, each bite spreading a sense of happiness. To commemorate its 150th anniversary, Ladurée is releasing "Incroyable," which features guimauve (marshmallow) sandwiched between macaron shells. A new chapter is added to the historic maison's traditional recipes.

From July 1st, the "Incroyable" series welcomes "Incroyable Citron & Citron Vert," combining crisp shells with a smooth lemon and lime guimauve. This macaron, with its harmony of sweetness, passion, and subtle acidity, is perfect for the hot season.

The monthly pastries also feature summery creations. July's "Le Butterfly" encloses poppy seed mousseline cream and Mara des Bois strawberries—known for their exquisite balance of sweetness and tartness—within a strawberry-flavored macaron. In August, the "Le Cake à la Rose" is a delicate petit cake adorned with real rose petals, offering an abundance of rose fragrance.




Furthermore, from Friday, August 10th, a limited-edition 8-piece macaron box, "En Voyage," will be available. This macaron box, first introduced about 10 years ago, has garnered many fans who eagerly await its release. The August edition depicts a countess in a basket with two pages and a puppy running alongside. Such a charming box is best paired with macarons in refreshing colors and flavors suitable for summer.
