The menu is supervised by Teiji Nakamura, CEO of Kagen, who produces a wide range of restaurants and offers cuisine that can be enjoyed by all generations. The interior design, which offers a striking contrast to the "home-style cooking" concept, was handled by Yasumichi Morita, CEO of GLAMOROUS. Yu Yamada of method curated the in-store showcase, featuring folk crafts and products utilizing traditional techniques from across Japan. The overall coordination was managed by Sadahiro Nakamura, CEO of TRANSIT GENERAL OFFICE, and the logo design was by Katsunori Aoki, CEO of Butterfly Stroke. MOTHER’S Shokudo offers a new sense of service and space created by these five creators.

The concept for lunch is a company cafeteria. The menu is reasonably priced, generous, and served quickly. With a motto of warm service, we aim to be a beloved eatery that customers won't tire of, even if they visit every day. For dinner, the concept is a casual eatery, offering an extensive lineup of both food and drinks. Our specialties include Japanese dishes such as kushitempura (skewered tempura), sushi with generously sized rice portions, teppanyaki, and hot pots. The drink menu ranges from organic wines and wines from Japan and around the world to vinegar-based drinks.



The interior is divided into two floors: the Entrance Bar Area and the Dining Area. During lunchtime in the Entrance Bar Area, we offer meals that can be served immediately after ordering. The Dining Area features daily specials and set meals that fully capture the essence of "home-style cooking," served by friendly staff who are like "mothers" at a local eatery, offering a warm welcome.
