Limited-Time Hanami Bento "Yoshino" from Japanese Restaurant "Kazahana"



The upper tier of the two-tiered bento features 20 kinds of otsumami, including simmered octopus in sakura sauce, grilled sakura trout with sansho bud, and deep-fried sea bream with fuki miso. The lower tier includes a wagyu beef hamburg steak skewer and bara chirashi sushi. Conrad Tokyo's Japanese restaurant "Kazahana" will offer the takeout Hanami Bento "Yoshino" for a limited time starting March 20 (Sunday).

A Feast Crafted by Culinary Masters!



Masano Inaba, Head Chef of Conrad Tokyo's Japanese restaurant "Kazahana," commented, "Inspired by guests' wishes to enjoy our bento while hanami viewing, we have created our first-ever takeout bento. This limited-edition, two-tiered bento, available only five per day, is packed with a luxurious variety of dishes, unique to "Kazahana," which also features teppanyaki and sushi counters."

The visually stunning and exquisite bento includes "simmered octopus in sakura sauce" with a delicate sakura aroma, "deep-fried sea bream with fuki miso" stuffed with the flavorful paste, fresh spring ingredients like bracken and bamboo shoots, a "wagyu beef hamburg steak skewer" made with abundant premium beef from the teppanyaki corner, and "bara chirashi sushi" prepared by our sushi chefs. Presented in a stylish furoshiki wrapping that can be repurposed after your feast, this bento is perfect for adding a special touch to your cherry blossom viewing with family and friends, or for creating a unique impression in business settings!
