A Masterpiece Created with 500 Individuals and the Late Kazuyuki Yamamuro

Leslie Kee is actively working as a leading photographer in Asia. This photo collection, encompassing his foundational elements of "fashion," "nude," and "portraiture," depicts human affection through a simple presentation: a single scarf draped over bare skin. The scarf gently envelops the love emanating from the subject, binding them with a strong, bold connection. The photographs impressively express the beauty of "diversity"—respecting and embracing differences—and the universal human emotion of "love."



Art direction was handled by Tetsuya Chihara, who has collaborated with Leslie Kee on the "SUPER" series of photo collections. The scarves worn by the subjects in this shoot are "Com des Carrés," a collaboration between "Hermès" and "Comme des Garçons." Kee purchased this scarf at the recommendation of Kazuyuki Yamamuro, the former editor-in-chief of WWD, who passed away suddenly this March and whom Kee deeply trusted. Yamamuro had said, "You absolutely must buy this scarf. It will be very important for you." This photo collection not only draws out the love from its subjects but also expresses love towards the late Kazuyuki Yamamuro.



An exhibition of the photographs is also being held at "PARCO GALLERY X" on the 3rd floor of Parco until Sunday, December 1st. "SUPER LOVE," a photo collection that has drawn out the diverse forms of love from many people. Leslie Kee's own love has also been drawn out from the 500 subjects.
