Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten, with approximately 300 years of history since its founding, continues to attract attention as an "evolving long-established business," maintaining directly managed stores in world-renowned commercial facilities such as "Tokyo Midtown" and "New Marunouchi Building."

Jun Nakagawa, the 13th president, joined Fujitsu before taking over the family business in 2002. He revitalized Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten by launching the new brand "Kisara" to establish "stylish traditional crafts," and by accelerating the opening and establishment of directly managed stores. Currently, with an eye toward the next 100 years, he is committed to the company's vision of "Energizing Japanese Traditional Crafts!" and is also involved in management consulting for manufacturing companies nationwide.

To commemorate the publication, a talk event with Jun Nakagawa and Manabu Mizuno, the art director of Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten from good design company, will be held on Saturday, October 13th, at Aoyama Book Center.
