DAC—Danish Art & Culture Week VOL.3
Now in its third year, 'DANISH ART & CULTURE WEEK VOL.3' (commonly known as 'DAC') is an event where you can experience the profound food culture, art, and lifestyle of Denmark. It will be held at 'Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design Flagship Store' in Minami-Aoyama from Thursday, March 5th to Sunday, March 8th.

A World Inviting You into the Realm of Contemporary Art Master Kasper Eistrup and Restaurant Kadeau
DAC—'Danish Art & Culture Week VOL.3' is an event organized by floral artist Nicolai Bergmann, known for creating works with a beautiful aesthetic that combines Nordic taste with Japanese sensibility, and his wife, Amanda Bergmann, who produces cafes and lifestyle shops.
For this third iteration, the event features Danish artist Kasper Eistrup and the two-time Michelin-starred restaurant 'Kadeau'.
Kasper Eistrup, who has worked as a painter, poet, and spatial designer, including decorative work for the Danish royal palaces, will present ten oil paintings from his collection 'The Past Will Never Leave You,' creating a unique atmosphere with his distinctive worldview.
Restaurant 'Kadeau,' located on the nature-rich island of Bornholm in the heart of the Baltic Sea, offers modern Nordic cuisine that combines locally sourced ingredients with Danish seasonings. Since its opening, it has captivated the palates of many gourmands and quickly become a representative restaurant in Denmark.
For this DAC event, they will prepare a special one-day-only menu using seasonal ingredients sourced from Japan.
