INFINITY VS – Mona and Us: A Solo Exhibition by Nine Photographers


Nine of Tokyo’s top photographers have captured rising model Mona Matsuoka, weaving nine distinct narratives in their unique styles for the exhibition "INFINITY VS. – Mona and Us." The show will be held at PARCO MUSEUM in Shibuya from February 7 (Fri) to February 24 (Mon).

Mona Matsuoka, a model of note, surprised the world when, at just 15 years old, she opened the Anteprima show at last autumn’s Milan Collection. Now, an exhibition titled "INFINITY VS. – Mona and Us" presents this muse, expected to grace the global stage, through the eyes of nine photographers active in Tokyo.


The photographers—Akira Kitajima, Mikiyuki Kobayashi, Etsumi Sasaguchi, Shigeo Shiraishi, Naoki Tsuruta, Kazutaka Nakamura, Ken Hanzawa, Shuichi Mauyama, and Rosemary—each captured Mona, a figure described as an "enfant terrible." Through their lenses, their individual visions and selves are projected, resulting in nine completely different stories.

All the photographs on display will be available for purchase. Additionally, talk shows featuring the photographers will be held on February 7 (Fri), 14 (Fri), and 21 (Fri) starting at 6:00 PM. Photo shoots with Mona Matsuoka will also take place during the exhibition period.
