Born in West Berlin in 1974, Aram Dikian grew up surrounded by a family with a deep appreciation for the arts. He began taking photographs seriously at the age of 22 and became active in a wide range of media, including advertising and magazines, primarily in Berlin. His artistic style gained recognition, leading him to move his base to Tokyo in 2004 in pursuit of new horizons. He has since held solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Berlin, and Hong Kong.

This exhibition, titled "OUTLANDS," a term signifying remote regions, is comprised of new works shot on film. The images gradually transition from capturing fleeting moments encountered by chance to depicting consciously constructed situations. These express the circumstances, moments, stories, and experiences that Dikian uniquely creates, which can only be reached through imagination, drawing viewers into a world that lies between dreams and reality.
