Akakura Kanko Hotel's unique forest therapy involves leisurely walks using all five senses in the fields of Sasagamine Plateau, Myoko Kogen—an area brimming with the energy of forests, earth, mountains, and water—along with breathing techniques to absorb negative ions and phytoncides (beneficial aromatic compounds of the forest) into the body.

Due to the high number of guests requesting spa treatments after their forest therapy experience, the "Heavenly View Earth SPA by CLARINS Treatments & Forest Therapy 3-Day Program" was created as a package. This plan includes a spa treatment with special counseling and a body constitution check.

A Luxurious 3 Days of Relaxation

On the first day, after checking in, enjoy a soak in the hot springs. Following counseling and a body constitution check at the spa, indulge in a 75-minute CLARINS PRO personalized facial treatment. Afterward, unwind with a French dinner.

On the second day, bathe with the morning sun, and after breakfast, head from the hotel to Sasagamine Plateau. Enjoy forest therapy in the morning, followed by a 105-minute body treatment at the spa in the afternoon. Dinner will be a kaiseki meal.

On the third day, after a soak in the hot springs and breakfast, experience self-guided forest therapy in the hotel garden. After strolling through the herb garden and to Kasumi Falls, enjoy another soak in the hot springs before checking out.

This 3-day special package offers a synergistic effect of hot springs, spa treatments, and forest therapy in Myoko Kogen, blessed with the bounty of Mother Earth, to heal both mind and body from fatigue.
