Diary-T 226 - A Sunday of resolve, I believe.
The future world,
will follow a path of decline for the American empire, leading to a multipolar world with the rise of 11 emerging nations (G11), a world dominated by markets that transcend national power, followed by the frequent outbreak of conflicts due to national decline, and finally the emergence of a hyper-democracy aiming for global harmony...
is the prediction.
The characteristics of Japanese society—its politeness and its desire for the happiness of others as if it were one's own—are close to the fundamental ideology of the hyper-democracy I predict.
While the emergence of hyper-democracy may be decades away at best,
I believe the Japanese will undoubtedly play a crucial role when it arrives.

The sky has been noisy since morning.
The commotion signals, whether I like it or not, that this is a special Sunday.
I will not stop thinking. I believe this is a Sunday of resolve.
I am not sure how much of my life remains,
but today I keenly feel the desire to live a life where I do not stop thinking.
If I am to keep this resolve within my own sphere of influence,
it should be tied to my determination to continue Dictionary, the free paper at the center of my livelihood.
This is because yesterday, on my Facebook,
“Nice to meet you. It’s been over 30 years, hasn’t it? You had a huge influence on me during my so-called ‘student traveler = compulsory education’ days. ‘Even if they say I’m strange, even if they call me a bad kid, I must have some good points…’ With that thought, I was able to become an adult with a little (no, quite a lot) of confidence. Although I’m a slightly off-track mother, I can give my children about 1.5 times the experiences of a normal mother (and now that they’ve grown up, I plan to let them experience even more). This is all thanks to you, Kuwabara-san. My child and I are filled with gratitude. We look forward to your continued support. Yuka Sambayashi.”
I look forward to your continued support. Yuka Sambayashi
When I read such a grateful message,
I feel as if I’m being spurred on by the past, thinking, “Ah, I can’t quit now~”
And so it was that I was urged on by the past.
I must think carefully about what I can practice in my daily life, linking it deeply with "Never Give Up," and after 3.11, Do!
Moment of silence.
