The Supple Form of Bamboo, Masterfully Expressed in Jewelry

The Bamboo bag was born in 1947 at Gucci's workshop in Florence. The design, which used bamboo for the handle, was an innovative idea conceived by artisans to maintain the brand's exclusive quality amidst material shortages during wartime.

This bamboo bag quickly gained popularity, beloved by many celebrities including Princess Grace of Monaco and Elizabeth Taylor. It continues to be an icon symbolizing the brand's history and tradition, establishing its position as a timeless classic design that transcends eras. In recent years, the brand has expanded beyond handbags to offer jewelry inspired by bamboo.

The new additions to the Bamboo Collection are necklaces and rings with novel designs that express the suppleness of bamboo from the brand's unique perspective. The material used is 18K yellow gold, creating a radiant impression. The unparalleled, elegant form will undoubtedly enhance the sophisticated beauty of modern women with just a touch on the décolletage or hands.
