Embracing Limitless Creativity and a Rejection of the Impossible

Outsider art (Art Brut in French) is an artistic expression created by self-taught artists, individuals with disabilities, and other artists on the fringes of mainstream society, who challenge the limits of their own potential in a space free from the constraints of the market and conventions.

MARNI was drawn to the genuine freedom and social inclusivity emanating from these art forms. As a brand that has always been deeply connected to art, they were strongly captivated by the boundless creativity and the resolute rejection of all impossibilities, leading to this collaboration.

This season's collaboration features three artists: Christophe Juventin and François-Xavier Tavignot-Saclay from France, and Stefano Favoletto from Italy. The works of these three artists, each with their unique modes of expression, create a sense of unity through their free use of color and uninhibited mood. The collection includes short-sleeved T-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, and bags. All prints are derived from their existing works.
