The honey used in all these products comes from the "Ginza Honeybee Project," an NPO that began beekeeping on a Ginza rooftop in 2006 with the aim of fostering coexistence with urban nature. IGNIS, inspired by their environmental conservation efforts involving honeybees, has incorporated the project's honey into these new products.
