Featuring This Season's Key Motif "BLOOD LUSTER"
The artists collaborating this time are LUKE THOMAS, who is responsible for visuals in many music projects, and ZANE REYNOLDS, who expresses the visible world through monochrome illustrations.
Luke Thomas is an artist working quietly in Brattleboro, Vermont. He discovered the punk scene in his teens and became engrossed in the cut-and-paste art of 90s punk zine culture and underground comic collections. After graduating from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, he returned to New England and has undertaken work for local independent publishers and record labels. The T-shirts being released feature items printed with "BLOOD LUSTER," a motif of a heart-shaped blood drop falling from a blood-red fang, which was also adopted as a key motif in the Spring/Summer 2014 Men's Collection, and pineapple motifs reimagined as skulls.
Zane Reynolds, from Reseda, California, also works as a musician under the name SFV Acid. His collaboration T-shirts showcase unique artwork filled with a Californian lo-fi vibe, such as motifs of melting figures.
