The illustrations were created by Alexander Illustrations, who also designed the jacket for the collaboration song "Asu Igai Subete Moyase" by Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra and Koji Miyamoto.
The model for the illustration is "Madame Regine," the owner of the long-established bar "Amaranth Lounge" in Daikanyama, Tokyo. It is an adult social hub where a diverse crowd of revelers, varying in age, gender, and profession, gather nightly.
