An Abundance of Small Items at Accessible Prices

For a gift to yourself, choose something you'll cherish for a long time. For a gift for someone special, consider accessories, or a wide variety of warm scarves and blankets. Each gift item offered by 'fennica' conveys the maker's passion and enriches daily life.

Based in Yatsuo, Toyama Prefecture, 'Keijusha' is one of the workshops preserving the tradition of Yatsuo Washi paper. They produce and sell washi paper products, cushions, zabutons, wallets, pen stands, and tote bags, which are becoming rare in Japan. Their plant-dyed patterns are popular for their modern aesthetic.

Founded in 1922 in Tamayu Town, Shimane Prefecture, 'Yumachi Kiln' is renowned as a leading folk craft kiln in the San'in region. It is known for its slipware, characterized by decorative patterns applied with slip, a technique introduced by proponents of the Mingei movement such as Bernard Leach, Kanjiro Kawai, and Shoji Hamada, who visited the kiln. The kiln is also appreciated for its British-inspired ceramic techniques in shapes and handles. Currently, the third-generation potter, Shuji Fukuma, leads the kiln, continuing to create warm, everyday tableware.

'PENDLETON'

'HIGH LAND 2000' is a British knit manufacturer with over 100 years of history. All products, made from carefully selected materials, are crafted using traditional hand-frame knitting techniques. In an era where traditional skills are diminishing, the brand's exceptional craftsmanship and product quality are highly acclaimed worldwide.

'PENDLETON,' also popular for its distinctive patterns and colors. From this American brand, boasting over 140 years of history in Pendleton, Oregon, known for its beautiful designs and natural materials, we've selected practical-sized blankets.

'SLOW WAGON,' a Japanese accessory brand. Beams offers three series: the Tsubodama series, the Nagaland Beads series, and the Fetish series. Accessories made with antique beads are unisex and are such popular items that they sell out immediately upon arrival.
