Bags to Enjoy Carrying in a Spectrum of Materials and Colors
ithelicy, which debuted as a women's bag brand in the Autumn/Winter 2012 season, is now fully expanding as a unisex bag brand starting this season. This season's new arrivals feature designs, materials, and colors befitting adult sensibilities.

A Style Reflecting the Designer's Philosophy
The brand name "ithelicy" is an abbreviation of "in the policy."—ithelicy, a bag brand that garners attention each season with designs by the duo Makiko Hotei and Sachiko Akazawa, focuses intently on memorable and preferred elements from everyday life. They infuse standard items and details with decorative functions, creating designs for individuals with a distinct personal style.
This season, they offer duffels, clutches, and backpacks featuring sporty color combinations using diverse materials such as shrink leather, Ultrasuede, and double raschel mesh.
Particularly noteworthy are the "ALICK MT," a backpack with a removable shearling trim that elegantly reinterprets sporty items, and the "LUC," a clutch/shoulder bag, both offering a fresh appeal that transforms with how they are carried.
Designers Makiko Hotei and Sachiko Akazawa commented, "We hope women will also embrace our oversized backpacks and single-handle duffel bags."
Furthermore, the "MULTIPLEX," a single-handle duffel bag that initially appears to be a daypack but features a two-layer main compartment with adjustable internal dividers to alter storage space—a design that drew attention at the exhibition—will be featured again in our magazine.
