Hangers are such an everyday item that they rarely get much attention, but they actually come in a wide variety of types and materials. What we are introducing this time are hangers from Nakata Kogeisha, a handmade hanger manufacturer.
Founded in 1946 as a specialized manufacturer of wooden hangers, their craftsmanship and aesthetic, meticulously finished one by one by skilled artisans, have earned them immense trust from top hotels and the apparel industry in Japan.

Also, though perhaps surprisingly unknown, hangers are well-received as wedding favors or commemorative gifts. This is because they are considered auspicious, symbolizing "hanging good fortune (clothes)." Why not take this opportunity to hang your cherished clothes on a special hanger at home?

The sound, produced through traditional handmade methods unchanged since its founding, is said to be "the singing voice of angels." The limited edition music box plays three of Frédéric Chopin's masterpieces: "Military Polonaise," "Mazurka," and "Minute Waltz," rendered by a 72-note movement.
