A Trio of Models Expresses the Depth of the Maison's DNA
The Dunhill Autumn/Winter 2014-15 advertising campaign draws on the innovation of founder Alfred Dunhill's 'Motorities'—a coined term signifying stylish travel by car with Dunhill items—to showcase the latest collection's fusion of refined, understated British style with edgy youthfulness and functionality.
Art direction was handled by Ronnie Cooke Newhouse of House and Holme. The world captured by photographer Annie Leibovitz is imbued with a playful spirit born from distinctly British humour.
Creative Director John Ray states, "The British gentleman respects his experiences and continues his journey through life. This brings him refinement and confidence. Over the years, his unique preferences take shape, bringing about changes in his attire. I believe the combination of luxury and functionality is a universal aesthetic that resonates with men worldwide."
The released short film reflects not only the atmosphere and essence of the collection but also the impeccable craftsmanship and functionality of John Ray's debut collection for Dunhill.
