Born in Tokyo in 1973. After graduating from university, he worked in editing for plant-related magazines and books, gaining knowledge of herbs and aromatherapy. He then moved to "Orange Page," where he was involved in lifestyle magazines covering topics such as cooking and health. It was during this time that he felt a disconnect with male beauty articles being written by female beauty writers who "don't shave their beards daily," leading him to go independent. He has established his own unique theories centered on shaving and is active as a pioneer in men's beauty.

He also serves as a guide for "Men's Cosmetics" (http://allabout.co.jp/gm/gp/732/) on the comprehensive information site "All About," and has appeared on numerous TV and radio programs, as well as giving lectures and participating in events.

Furthermore, he is involved in cosmetic development as a consultant and produced "RISINGWAVE VILLA" (http://villa.risingwave.jp/), which he supervised. He also engages in marketing and consulting for men's cosmetics. Having visited numerous spas both domestically and internationally, he possesses deep knowledge of spas and esthetics that men can enjoy.
