A Collaboration Between MEDICOM TOY and PORTER

The collaboration series between MEDICOM TOY and PORTER, always met with acclaim, welcomes new arrivals for the new year. Ahead of the new fiscal year, the "PORTER × BE@RBRICK" line introduces a BACKPACK, MESSENGER BAG, and SHOULDER BAG, all suitable for a wide range of uses from daily life to business, in a BLACK/REFLECTIVE finish.

Three New Collaboration Bags with Reflective Accents

The history between PORTER and MEDICOM TOY began in 2008 with the "PORTER BE＠RBRICK 100% / 400%." In 2012, to commemorate the 77th anniversary of Yoshida & Co., the "YOSHIDA × BE@RBRICK 400%" crafted from rare Karin wood by Karuimoku was released. From 2014 to 2017, a Christmas special BE@RBRICK PORTER was available only at select stores towards the end of the year. In 2019, the "PORTER × BE@RBRICK TANKER SAGE GREEN Special Edition" and "PORTER × BE@RBRICK TANKER BLACK Special Edition," clad in the signature Tanker fabric, were introduced. It's still fresh in our memory that the "BE@RBRICK PORTER TANKER IRON BLUE Special Edition 100% & 400% / 1000%" was released last December as a commemorative item for "BE@RBRICK WORLD WIDE TOUR 3."

Concurrently, PORTER also released the "BE@RBRICK × PORTER" Leather Collaboration Series, starting with a LEATHER WALLET in 2016, followed by a LONG WALLET, WALLET, MULTI WALLET, and COIN CASE in December 2017. In July 2020, the BLACK/REFLECTIVE line saw the release of a WAIST BAG, SHOPPING BAG, and WALLET. All were sold in limited quantities and sold out to great acclaim.

The new BLACK/REFLECTIVE line BACKPACK, MESSENGER BAG, and SHOULDER BAG from "BE@RBRICK × PORTER" feature a jet-black body with the BE@RBRICK mark. The reflective material used in the piping illuminates when hit by car headlights or other light sources, making them highly practical for commuting by bicycle.
