Concept: "Made with Love"

The first SLOWHOUSE store, "SLOWHOUSE Umeda," opened on the second floor of NU Chayamachi Plus in Osaka in 2011, based on the concept of "mindful living"—choosing items that feel good and cherishing them for a long time.

This is the first SLOWHOUSE to open in the Kanto region, offering a diverse selection of items related to daily life, including furniture,雑貨 (miscellaneous goods), apparel, plants, art, food, and body care products.

It features ACTUS's concept brand "SLOWHOUSE," which pursues an ethical and sustainable lifestyle, as well as the general lifestyle brand created with the aesthetic sensibility of Nathan Williams, creative director of the quarterly magazine "KINFOLK" from Portland, USA."Ouur by KINFOLK"among other items.

Under the concept of "natural, beautiful living," "Ouur by KINFOLK" proposes a comfortable, functional, and simple lifestyle through high-quality garments and table accessories. The spatial design and furniture for "Ouur by KINFOLK" were directed by Nathan Williams himself, making it a highlight.

Furthermore, it includes "SOHOLM," a restaurant produced by ACTUS, offering fresh ingredients such as rare venison and wild boar, along with several types of premium caviar, at reasonable prices.

Exclusive Items Not to Be Missed

At SLOWHOUSE, you'll find special edition "Y Chairs" made from 100-year-old beech wood, commemorating Hans Wegner's 100th birthday, alongside items from fragrance brands like "CULTI," "ALIXX" (a Japan debut), "Mad et Len" known for its seasonal scents, and body and hair care brand "Aesop." Additionally, there are many popular botanical items, including bulk potpourri, pressed orchid frames, Japanese debut tableware with botanical patterns from the US, and flower vases.
