A new BE@RBRICK has arrived from a collaboration with ROYAL SELANGOR, Malaysia's royal warrant holder and the world's largest pewter manufacturer. This time, the motif is the "golden gun" that appeared in the film "The Man with the Golden Gun" (007).

"The Man with the Golden Gun," released in 1974, is the ninth installment in the "James Bond" series and a spy action film. Bond (Roger Moore), an agent of the British Secret Intelligence Service, faces Scaramanga (Christopher Lee), an assassin known as "The Man with the Golden Gun."

Scaramanga's signature weapon, the "golden gun," is a particularly popular item among 007 fans because it is assembled from a combination of golden accessories (body: lighter, barrel: fountain pen, grip: cigarette case, trigger: cufflinks) for disguise.

The "BE@RBRICK ROYAL SELANGOR 007 400%," which shines in gold, reflects the characteristics of the "golden gun" in its various body parts, with the abdomen rendered in a diamond cut, familiar from high-end lighters. The soles of the feet are also adorned with the logos of MEDICOM TOY and ROYAL SELANGOR, along with the iconic 007 gun barrel graphic from the film's opening.

Pewter is a traditional metal with a long history, and by adding antimony and copper to its main component, tin, its strength is increased, allowing for more intricate decorative work.
