MEDICOM TOY, in collaboration with Forward Fashion Group and co-curated by ASCE, an exploration of diverse art, will present the international art event "BE@RBRICK WORLD TOUR 3" at BELLAVITA in Taipei from Saturday, October 12 to Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Taipei, the fifth city to host this event, is a city of profound depth where bustling markets and alleyway stalls coexist alongside modern skyscrapers. It boasts numerous tourist attractions, including the iconic "Taipei 101" tower, soaring approximately 509 meters high, and the "National Palace Museum," one of the world's four great museums.

The "BE@RBRICK WORLD TOUR 3 in Taipei" will feature 1000% BE@RBRICK figures designed by a total of 112 creators, including four new artists joining this iteration.

BE@RBRICK, a block-type figurine measuring approximately 7cm, was born in 2001, the 100th anniversary of the beloved teddy bear. Its concept was to "create a digitally-imagined teddy bear."

Produced under the rule of "designing solely through print," with no additions to the main body's nine separate parts. Resonating with the "limitless possibilities of expression" and captivated by its charming form, BE@RBRICK has engaged in diverse collaborations with numerous artists, brands, companies, and characters. It has continuously released thousands of items to the market, garnering a vast global fanbase as "artistic toys."

The "BE@RBRICK WORLD TOUR 3 in Taipei" will be held in two sections at BELLAVITA in Taipei, recognized as one of Asia's premier luxury shopping destinations.

In the art gallery on the B1 floor, 115 BE@RBRICK 1000% art pieces designed by international artists will be exhibited. Among them is a precious design by the world-renowned Japanese musician, the late Ryuichi Sakamoto, which will be displayed again after nine years, since the "BE@RBRICK WORLD WIDE TOUR 2" in 2015.

Furthermore, three new works will have their world premiere: one from actor Sunny Wang and his brand "Empire Motor Club," another from singer SHOU's design brand "SHOUMETHEMONEYXX," and a third from singer and creative director NICKTHEREAL and his creative agency "WISH YOU A GOOD LIFE."

Additionally, a limited-time pop-up store offering free admission will be held in the B1 atrium, featuring sales of commemorative BE@RBRICKs.

Admission tickets areavailable on KKdayandKlook. Advance tickets (NT$ 250) will be sold from Monday, September 23 to Thursday, October 10. Regular tickets (NT$ 280) will be available from Friday, October 11 to Sunday, November 10.
