With Kaori Hinata, the creative director, as the driving force, "SMAK!" is a special program from Sekiguchi, the maker of "Monchhichi," and Medicom Toy. For its fifth installment, Gizmo from the iconic 1980s film "Gremlins" appears in a collaboration with Hinata's character, Morris.

First released by Sekiguchi in 1974, Monchhichi became a massive hit not only in Japan but also internationally. With a plush body and soft vinyl face and limbs, this beloved character, now approaching its 50th anniversary next year, continues to be cherished by many.

"SMAK!" is an acronym for SEKIGUCHI & MEDICOM TOY ARTISTIC MONCHHICHI PROJECT featuring KAORI HINATA! Under the creative direction of Kaori Hinata, this special program irregularly releases artistic Monchhichi figures. The fifth series features Gizmo, the mysterious creature from the 1984 film "Gremlins," also known as a Mogwai. Retaining its adorable appearance, this figure is a remarkable creation that can be posed in various ways.

To enhance detail accuracy, an M-sized body was adopted, and internal "pokipoki" plastic joints were incorporated for flexible posing. Furthermore, the special boa fabric, exclusively sourced by Sekiguchi for SMAK!, makes this a truly unique item. The clothing and shoes are removable.

Did you know there are three rules for caring for a Mogwai? "Don't expose it to bright light." "Don't get it wet, especially with water." "Don't feed it after midnight." With a "SMAK! GIZMO MORRIS" this realistic, perhaps breaking these rules could lead to dire consequences!?
