A new 200% size has been added to the highly sought-after Karuimoku-made wooden BE@RBRICK, meticulously finished by skilled artisans. The first edition features two types: walnut and maple, both familiar from high-end furniture.

Karuimoku, Japan's largest wooden furniture manufacturer, crafts each BE@RBRICK by hand. The unique grain and color of each piece embody the gravitas and warmth of natural real wood.

Since the unveiling of the KAWS 400% at BE@RBRICK WORLD WIDE TOUR in 2005, MEDICOM TOY's signature "Karuimoku BE@RBRICK" has consistently surprised collectors worldwide with its diverse wood types and construction methods. Previously available in 400% and 1000% sizes, a new 200% size, approximately 135mm tall, is now introduced. The first edition includes "Walnut" and "Maple".

Walnut, a hardwood from the Juglans genus, is counted among the world's three great timber species alongside teak and mahogany. Primarily sourced from the northeastern United States, its deep, luxurious color and exceptional stability make it a popular choice for furniture and building materials.

Maple, a hardwood from the Acer genus, is also known in Japan as the source of maple syrup. Predominantly from Canada and the northern United States, its clean white hue and scratch-resistant hardness have led to its widespread use in furniture, flooring, and musical instruments.

Both BE@RBRICKs are crafted from popular and rare wood species, making them ideal for those looking to start their Karuimoku BE@RBRICK collection.
