A solo exhibition that Shigeru Arai longed for during his lifetime. To fulfill that wish, the event will be held over three days, including the anniversary of his passing. The exhibition will feature various archived works, including unreleased pieces, and a lottery sale of select items.

One of the things Shigeru Arai longed for during his lifetime was a solo exhibition of his own work.
The venue is a gallery that Arai himself visited and participated in the design of.
For three days, including the anniversary of his passing, the world of NAGNAGNAG/Shigeru Arai will unfold at this location.
The event will include an archive exhibition of works created by Arai, a lottery sale of collaborative works with MEDICOM TOY and GORO produced under the NAGNAGNAG name, and acceptance of authentication and guarantee services for NAGNAGNAG works.

Authentication and Guarantee Service
We will be accepting authentication and guarantee services for previously released NAGNAGNAG/Shigeru Arai works for visitors to the exhibition.
*Works authenticated as genuine will be photographed and issued a guarantee card on the same day.
*Please bring your work and speak to a staff member at the event venue if you wish to use this service.
*Authentication Fee | ¥33,000 (incl. tax)
*Payment is cash only.
*The fee will only be charged if the work is authenticated as genuine.
*For authentication at this event venue only, there will be no charge if the work is found to be counterfeit.

Important Notes Regarding Applications
*Once submitted, applications cannot be changed due to errors in content or entry mistakes. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting.
*If any of the following information is duplicated across applications: name, address, phone number, email address, or SNS ID, all such applications will be invalidated.
*Each winner is limited to one entry time slot (you cannot win multiple slots).
*Winning an entry slot does not guarantee the purchase of any items or products.
*Reselling or transferring entry tickets is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent transactions discovered will result in a ban from all future New Art Guild related events.

Important Notes for Entry on the Day
*Please arrive at the venue entrance 10 minutes before the start of your designated entry time slot. Punctuality is essential.
*On the day of the event, you will be required to present two forms of identification: the "winning DM screen" or a printed copy of it, along with a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport.
*Entry is only permitted during your confirmed time slot.
*Entry is valid for the confirmed winner only. Family members or companions cannot enter.
*Proxy attendance (for lottery, queuing, or purchasing) is not permitted under any circumstances.
*Please refrain from attending if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.

About Lottery Sale Items
*Only visitors to the exhibition can apply for the lottery at the venue.
*Pricing and application details for each item will be provided at the venue.
*If you win, payment and item pickup will take place on November 4 (Mon, Holiday) between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Only those who can attend during this time should apply for the lottery.
*Payment for winning items is cash only.
*If a winner fails to pick up their item within the specified time for any reason, the win will be forfeited. The right to purchase the winning item will be transferred to the next highest bidder, who will be notified via DM with instructions for pickup by 6:00 PM on November 5 (Tue).

Winner Announcement and Payment
Lotteries will be held daily, and winners will receive a DM notification according to the following schedule:
*Winners for November 2 (Sat): By 9:00 PM on the same day
*Winners for November 3 (Sun): By 9:00 PM on the same day
*Winners for November 4 (Mon, Holiday): By 3:30 PM on the same day
All winners must come to the venue between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on November 4 (Mon, Holiday) for payment and item pickup.

About Auction Items
*Bidding will be accepted from 12:00 PM on November 2 (Sat) at the event venue and via the bidding form announced on New Art Guild's Instagram(@new_art_guild).
*Bidding period: November 2 (Sat) 12:00 PM - November 4 (Mon, Holiday) 2:30 PM.
*Anyone can participate in the bidding, regardless of whether they attend the event.
*Bids cannot be cancelled after submission. Please review the terms and conditions before bidding.

If You Win an Auction Item as an Event Visitor
*Winners will be notified via DM by 3:30 PM on November 4 (Mon, Holiday).
*After confirming your win, please come to the venue between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on November 4 (Mon, Holiday). Payment and item pickup will take place in a separate room at the venue. Payment must be made in cash.
*You will receive priority purchase rights for one lottery sale item (Hedra 2nd Edition, Zanjin Gan (Super Dimension Ver.), or Glass Razer (Armored Cavalry Ver.)). However, if you also apply for the same item in the lottery sale, you cannot choose it here. You may only select one item.

If You Win an Auction Item via the Online Application Form
*We will contact you via DM or phone to confirm your win by 6:00 PM on November 4 (Mon, Holiday).
Please follow the organizer's specified methods for pickup and payment.
*Please reply to the confirmation DM by 8:00 PM on November 4 (Mon, Holiday) after receiving the notification. Failure to respond will result in the cancellation of your win, and the purchase right will be transferred to the next highest bidder selected by the exhibition committee.
*If a winner cannot be confirmed, the decision regarding the sale method for that item will be left to the exhibition committee.

This is a phantom prototype specification decided before the Super Dimension Ver. was conceived. To commemorate the first NAGNAGNAG exhibition, GORO created this one-off piece as a response to the artificial human color scheme that NAGNAGNAG/Shigeru Arai produced himself in 2016.
