The second season of the hugely popular anime "Kaiju No. 8" has been confirmed! Amidst this news, Kaiju No. 8 Sofubi and BE@RBRICK figures are being released.

In "Kaiju No. 8," kaiju routinely threaten humanity.
Kafka Hibino, who aspired to join the "Japan Defense Force" tasked with eliminating kaiju, had long since abandoned that dream and was working as a kaiju cleaning specialist.

He begins to pursue his dream again after encountering Mina Ashiro, captain of the Third Division, with whom he once vowed to "annihilate all kaiju together," and his junior, Reno Ichikawa, who also aims to join the Defense Force. However, he transforms into a powerful "kaiju" due to a mysterious small kaiju.

Now a fugitive known as "Kaiju No. 8," Kafka still clings to his dream of becoming a Defense Force member and confronts kaiju disasters.

This highly anticipated work, adapted from the manga by Naoya Matsumoto (serialized in Shueisha's "Shonen Jump+"), boasts a formidable production team with Production I.G handling animation and Studio Khara for kaiju design and works. The first season is currently available on various streaming services. The second season is scheduled to begin airing in July 2025 on TV Tokyo and its affiliates.
