MEDICOM TOY PRESENTS "AKASHIC RECORDS 2021: The Phantom Parade"

Following last year's highly successful event, MEDICOM TOY's pop-up exhibition "AKASHIC RECORDS" will hold its second installment from Saturday, October 23 to Sunday, October 31, 2021, at En STUDIO MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya, Tokyo.

First Look at Items Releasing at the Pop-Up Event!

This event, named AKASHIC RECORDS after the concept of "world memory," is curated by Tatsuhiko Akashi, President and CEO of MEDICOM TOY. It features works by artists, brands, and content selected by Akashi from around the globe. This year, themed around the hit song "Maboroshi no Parade" by the rock band THE COLLECTORS, celebrating their 35th anniversary, the event will offer items exclusively available during its run.
This event is a treasure trove of culture, offering a diverse array of works from all times and places. Here, we introduce some of the items planned for release. There are reportedly more items still in preparation, which will be introduced once details are confirmed.

Hours | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM [Free Admission] *Opening hours may be subject to change due to the COVID-19 situation. Please check the official RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK website for details.

*From 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM daily, anyone can enter and view the exhibition freely. However, purchases cannot be made during this time. Entry may be restricted depending on the number of visitors.
*To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to avoid congestion and issues at the venue, from 12:30 PM onwards each day, a pre-lottery will be held online for time slots, and only winners will be able to purchase products at the venue. Details will be announced on "MEDICOM TOY Official Blog" starting Friday, September 24. Please note that all products will be shipped only to the address registered during the lottery application, and purchases cannot be taken home from the venue.
*Some of the products sold will also be available at 2G OSAKA starting Saturday, November 20, to commemorate their 1st anniversary. Additionally, due to potential visitor limitations caused by the pandemic, sales will also be conducted at MCT TOKYO (https://mct.tokyo/) and other select stores.
