From "Doraemon the Movie: Nobita's Sky Utopia," released on March 3, 2023, "Doraemon" and "Sonya" are now available as UDF (ULTRA DETAIL FIGURE).

The latest installment in the Doraemon the Movie series, this is the 42nd film. This time, the story unfolds in Paradapia, a paradise floating in the sky. Doraemon and his friends discover a mysterious island where everyone can achieve perfection. There, they encounter Sonya, a perfect cat-type robot, and soon uncover the island's hidden secrets.

The film is filled with the "slightly mysterious" (S-F) touch characteristic of original creator Fujiko F. Fujio. The screenplay is by Ryota Kosawa, known for "Always: Sunset on Third Street," "Legal High," and "The Confidence Man JP," as well as the current NHK Taiga drama "Dousuru Ieyasu." Directing is Takumi Doyama, who has helmed numerous episodes of the "Doraemon" TV series and makes his directorial debut in the Doraemon the Movie series, forming a formidable creative team.

Doraemon, now immortalized as a meticulously detailed palm-sized "UDF" figure, is depicted in a pilot's outfit, ready for adventure. Pay close attention to the airplane on his back. Sonya, on the other hand, is a perfect cat-type robot residing in Paradapia, the utopian land in the sky. We eagerly anticipate her role in the story. With these two figures in hand, you can relive the excitement of the movie.
