Set in a world after the Second Impact, the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, directed by Hideaki Anno, depicts the battles between Shinji Ikari and others, who become pilots of the humanoid weapons known as "Evangelions," and their enemies, the "Angels."

With anticipation building for the fourth film, "Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time," scheduled for release in 2020, a MAFEX figure has arrived, embodying the awakened form of Evangelion Unit-01, triggered by Shinji's immense will to save Rei, who was absorbed by an Angel, from the second film, "Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance," released in June 2009!

The parts that were green in its normal state turn orange, and the left arm lost in battle with the Angels is restored. This MAFEX figure includes the restored left arm parts, a halo above the head, and Angel core parts. The head can be swapped between closed and open mouth versions, perfectly recreating iconic scenes from the film, such as its roaring form.

Next year marks 25 years since the TV anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion" began airing in 1995. Here lies the pinnacle of sculpted art, dedicated to all who love Evangelion, whose charm remains inexhaustible!
