He is none other than the Spider-Man from another world known as the Ultimate Universe. First appearing in the 2011 comic "Ultimate Fallout #4," he has become so popular that he now boasts his own solo title, "Spider-Man: Miles Morales."

This Spider-Man is Miles Morales, an Afro-Latino teenager who gained the same abilities as Spider-Man after being bitten by a special spider. In the Ultimate Universe, Miles felt responsible after witnessing Peter Parker's death and decided to become a hero himself, serving as the second Spider-Man.

He also appears in the animated film "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" (scheduled for release March 8, 2019), which features various Spider-Men from different dimensions. It's definitely worth keeping an eye on him from now on.
