GoPro's Highest Performing Camera Series, HERO4, to be Released
Featuring the award-winning GoPro technology, enhanced with user-friendliness and new capabilities. GoPro, the wearable video camera maker, has simultaneously announced two new models in its HERO4 series (HERO4 BLACK / HERO4 SILVER) worldwide. They were released on October 5th via GoPro.com and retailers globally.

The new HERO4 series represents GoPro's highest performance to date.
The HERO4 BLACK offers 4K/30fps, 2.7K/50fps, and 1080p/120fps video recording. The HERO4 SILVER features a convenient touch display, allowing users to more easily capture their most extraordinary moments in stunning, professional-quality video.
GoPro's Highest Performing Model Yet: The HERO4 BLACK
The HERO4 BLACK boasts double the performance of its best-selling predecessor, capable of capturing cinema-quality 4K video at 30 frames per second (fps), 2.7K video at 50 fps, and high-speed 1080p video at 120 fps.
Ideal for fast-action scenes and capturing the perfect shot, it also enables slow-motion video recording. Furthermore, the HERO4 BLACK's audio system has been completely redesigned, achieving twice the dynamic range of the previous model for high-quality sound recording.
It also introduces a host of other improvements, including enhanced image quality, Auto Low Light for automatic frame rate adjustment, Highlight Tag functionality, and a significantly improved user interface, all contributing to greater ease of use.
The HERO4 SILVER: Professional-Grade Capture
The HERO4 SILVER offers the same professional-grade image quality as the HERO4 BLACK, with the exception of more advanced video recording modes such as 4K/30fps, 2.7K/50fps, and 1080p/120fps. The HERO4 SILVER is equipped with a vivid touch display, designed for users who prioritize convenience and ease of use over the full feature set of the HERO4 BLACK.
