Leica X Vario Tokyo Station 100 years Released
Leica Camera Japan will release the Leica Daimaru Tokyo Store limited edition model, "Leica X Vario Tokyo Station 100 years," on Wednesday, October 1st. This special model commemorates the 100th anniversary of Leica cameras and the 100th anniversary of Tokyo Station's opening, with only 10 units available (5 in black, 5 in silver).

The flash cover is engraved with the Tokyo Station 100th anniversary motif.
The Leica Daimaru Tokyo Store limited edition model, "Leica X Vario Tokyo Station 100 years," is a special limited edition based on the black and silver body of the German-made premium compact digital camera, the Leica X Vario. It features an engraving of the Tokyo Station 100th anniversary on the flash cover.
The exterior is clad in high-quality, supple Bordeaux-colored genuine leather, creating an impression of luxury. The body is made entirely of metal. The top cover is milled from a solid block of aluminum.
The Leica X Vario features a high-performance zoom lens paired with a large APS-C size, high-performance CMOS sensor (16.2 megapixels effective) for a compact digital camera. It delivers image quality that sets a new standard for compact digital cameras, enabling high-quality shooting in any scene.
