The name "pijama" comes from the idea of a case that "dresses" a gadget when it's not in use, like pajamas. It was launched in 2006 by a Milanese architect and fashion designer. All processes, from design to production, take place in Milan, and the construction is remarkably simple. The lineup includes small sizes for iPhones, iPods, and compact cameras, sizes for iPads, MacBook Pros, and MacBook Airs, each available in a rich variety of patterns. This season, new patterns will be added, and tote bags and pouches are also scheduled for release.

The tote bags are also designed with the assumption of carrying laptops or MacBooks, featuring a slim, gusset-free form. The handles come in white and black, with six patterns available for each. The vertical type can accommodate up to a 13-inch MacBook, while the horizontal type can hold up to a 15-inch model. Additionally, the convenient pouches, perfect for gadgets as well as small items like keys and cosmetics, come in three sizes, each with 12 different patterns.


Beyond gadget accessories, a colorful array of small items, including slippers, eye masks, and glasses cases, are available in the signature pop "pijama colors." These exquisitely beautiful pijama items are already partially available at stores like Delfonics and Tokyu Hands, as well as select interior and雑貨店 (zakka shops) nationwide, with more rolling out from April onwards.
