Experience ultimate luxury with "Timeshare"
What is "timeshare," which is gaining attention now? It's a new vacation style where you can purchase ownership of a luxury condominium-style residence in Hawaii at an affordable price on a weekly basis. Unlike a hotel stay, its appeal lies in the ability to enjoy a relaxed, luxurious time as if you were living in Hawaii. The timeshare ownership can be passed down to future generations.
The Grand Islander by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, a 37-story, 418-unit timeshare-only tower, is scheduled for completion in early 2017 within the expansive 22-acre Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort.
Its location is along Kalia Road, boasting a prime spot overlooking Duke Kahanamoku Beach, lauded as "America's Best Beach 2014" by Professor Stephen P. Leatherman of Florida International University. Another highlight is the view of the Hilton Hawaiian Village's signature fireworks display every Friday night.
Room types include 1LDK units, perfect for couples or families with young children; 2LDK units ideal for vacations with friends; and luxurious 2LDK and 3LDK penthouses. The kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils and ovens, as well as washers, dryers, and dishwashers, ensuring a comfortable stay even if you arrive with just a suitcase.
Further enhancing the experience is Hilton's signature first-class service. The attentive welcome and service, comparable to that of a top-tier hotel, promise a truly comfortable holiday. Don't miss the well-appointed common areas, including an owner's lounge with a jacuzzi and mini-pool, a concierge desk, and a business center.
Each unit is adorned with Hawaiian-motif interiors, while the main lobby creates a space that contemporarily expresses Hawaiian tradition through floral displays inspired by tropical nature. An art program featuring works by local Hawaiian artists and photographers is also planned for the facility.
Sales prices start from $29,800 for 1LDK and $43,600 for 2LDK. Ownership also grants access to over 90 shops and 20 restaurants, bars, and lounges located within Hilton Hawaiian Village. Why not indulge in a dream vacation lifestyle with "Timeshare," allowing you to stay as if you were living there?
