JDS Architects, founded by Julien De Smedt, is an architectural firm based in Copenhagen, Brussels, and Oslo, with 45 international staff members, whose work spans architecture and design, from urban planning to furniture design.

"Agendibition," now at Sfera Exhibition, is JDS Architects' first solo exhibition in Japan, based on their monograph "AGENDA," published late last year. "AGENDA" traces the news of the year following the Lehman Shock on September 15, 2008, which significantly impacted the architecture industry. It is a unique collection of dialogues and essays with various figures, including JDS Architects' projects and events, artists, politicians, curators, writers, economists, journalists, developers, educators, and architects.

"Agendibition" is an exhibition that recreates the 365-day narrative from "AGENDA" in a spatial format. It displays all pages of the book along with models and images of featured projects on the gallery walls. This is an intriguing attempt to present a stimulating book, which hints at the critical situations and challenges facing contemporary young architects, in a three-dimensional form. Also not to be missed is the lecture and talk by Julian De Smedt and Eizo Okada of dezain.net, held on the opening day, April 2nd (Friday).
