An open-top variant of the "Amalfi," announced in Summer 2025, has arrived.

The "Amalfi" is a 2+ coupe model, following in the lineage of the "California," "Portofino," and "Roma." The "Amalfi Spider," inheriting this legacy, also features a front-midship V8 engine.

The design maintains the proportions and volume of the "Amalfi," allowing for an open-top experience with a clean, integrated body design.

Its silhouette is preserved even with the roof down. The soft top can be opened or closed in 13.5 seconds, and can be operated at speeds up to 60 km/h.

The soft top is constructed from a five-layer sandwich acoustic fabric, designed to effectively dampen road and external noise. It reportedly offers sound insulation comparable to a retractable hardtop.

Furthermore, its compact packaging when stowed measures just 220 mm in thickness. The luggage compartment offers 225 liters of space with the roof closed and 172 liters with it open.

Enjoying the soft top also means enjoying a variety of color combinations. Four colors of tailored fabric and two colors of technical fabric are available, with the option to combine them with contrast stitching.

The seat layout retains the two rear seats, which can accommodate children or be used for luggage, enhancing practicality.

The interior maintains a clean aesthetic, mirroring the exterior. Key controls are arranged on an aluminum-machined suspension bridge, with secondary function switches located further back.

The door panels feature a sail motif, integrating the handle and armrest into a sculptural element. For personalization, the same fabric used for the soft top can be applied to door panels and seat backs, creating a cohesive design.

The cabin features three displays: a 15.6-inch digital instrument cluster for driving information, a 10.25-inch central display on the dashboard, and an 8.8-inch passenger display showing parameters like G-force and engine revs, allowing the front passenger to experience the drive as a co-driver.

In terms of aerodynamics, bypasses above the headlights connect the front end to the engine compartment, releasing excess pressure and contributing to thermal management.

Downforce is enhanced by vortex generators and a diffuser integrated into the front underbody. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with an active wing that automatically adjusts in three stages based on the car's speed and lateral and longitudinal acceleration.

A wind deflector, integrated into the rear seat backs and operable with a single button, is also equipped, paying close attention to airflow.

When this system is active, airflow attempting to enter the cabin from the rear is diverted, creating a stable comfort bubble around the occupants and reducing noise.

The powertrain uses the latest 3.9-liter V8 twin-turbo engine, the same as in the "Amalfi." However, further improvements have been made, with dedicated calibration allowing independent control of the two turbochargers' rotational speeds, enabling them to reach up to 171,000 rpm.

Additionally, the engine control unit (ECU) used in models like the "296 GTB" and "Purosangue" unlocks the engine's potential, delivering a maximum output of 640 cv.

The transmission is an 8-speed dual-clutch, with a top speed of 320 km/h and acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds.

For vehicle dynamics, the "Amalfi" employs "ABS Evo," similar to the "Amalfi." It uses data from a 6D sensor to accurately estimate vehicle speed and optimize brake force distribution by determining the optimal slip rate for each wheel, ensuring high effectiveness not only in straight-line braking but also under complex conditions.

The car is fitted with 20-inch tires specially developed for the "Amalfi Spider" in collaboration with partners Pirelli, Goodyear, and Bridgestone.

A new body color, "Rosso Tramont," has been introduced for the "Amalfi Spider." It features a subtle orange undertone reminiscent of the warm glow of a setting sun, enriching Ferrari's palette of reds.
