New Grade "Classica" Debuts
Fiat Chrysler Japan has added a new grade, "Classica," to the C-segment hatchback "Giulietta" sold under the Alfa Romeo brand, which comes standard with natural color leather seats. Sales will begin on Saturday, June 22.

The Giulietta with a Classical Ambiance
The third-generation "Giulietta," a compact sports hatchback bearing Alfa Romeo's storied name. Since its Japanese debut in February last year, this C-segment hatchback has garnered attention for its distinctive Alfa Romeo design and high performance.
The newly established "Giulietta Classica" now comes standard with natural color leather seats, a feature highly requested by customers. It is positioned as a grade between the entry-level "Sprint" and the sportier "Competizione."
The engine is a 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo, producing a maximum output of 125kW (170ps) at 5,500rpm and a maximum torque of 250Nm (25.5kgm) at 2,500rpm. This is paired with the "Alfa TCT" 6-speed dry dual-clutch automatic transmission.
It employs the same normal suspension as the "Sprint," achieving a balance of driving dynamics and comfortable ride quality through a suspension that is both supple and firm.
On the exterior, the "Classica" features traditional Alfa Romeo 7-hole design 17-inch alloy wheels, compared to the "Sprint's" 16-inch tires. Combined with the interior leather seats, this further enhances its classical aesthetic.
Additionally, a new exterior color, "Metallic Red," is now available as an option for all "Giulietta" grades. The "Classica" offers a total of six colors, including this "Metallic Red."
Sales commence on June 22, with a price of 3.48 million yen.
