Three BEVs, including the "Vision V" embodying ultimate luxury, make their Japan debut.
Mercedes-Benz's booth, themed "Feel the Mercedes," created a space to be enjoyed with all five senses.
The highlight was the "CONCEPT AMG GT XX," making its Asian premiere. This concept model, pursuing high driving performance as the first BEV from Mercedes-AMG, is equipped with the dedicated EV platform "AMG.EA (Electric Architecture)" and is designed with future sales in mind.
Three BEV models are making their Japan premiere.
The completely redesigned new "CLA" is the first vehicle to fully feature the in-house developed Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS). It is touted as Mercedes' "most intelligent car" to date.
The third-generation new "GLC" also undergoes a full model change, showcasing its BEV model. Featuring an illuminated high-tech grille, it presents an advanced and iconic face while inheriting the traditional grille design. Its introduction to Japan is also planned.
The "Vision V" is a concept model offering a new value proposition as a private lounge. Mercedes-Benz plans to introduce the newly developed electric architecture for vans, "VAN.EA," starting in 2026, and the "Vision V" serves as a show car demonstrating the ultimate world of luxury.
Additionally, the latest models such as the "Mercedes-Maybach SL680 Monogram Series," announced on October 29th, and the "Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO 4MATIC+ Coupe," scheduled for release soon, are also on display, adding glamour to the venue.
The "Japan Mobility Show 2025" is being held until Sunday, November 9th, at Tokyo Big Sight.
