Guerlain's 2012 Summer Collection is inspired by the theme of an open and beautiful "Mediterranean Riviera Summer." The motif is "Winter Capri," a textile selected from Emilio Pucci's archives. The graphical print, featuring blue flowers and swirls, adds a joyful and elegant "Pucci taste" to Guerlain's creations.

The main item is the "Terra Azzurra" face powder, designed to create a radiant and healthy complexion. The powder, composed of one bronzing shade and three pink-toned shades, has a soft, moist texture that blends seamlessly into the skin for a sublime finish that complements any skin tone. For instance, dusting the bronzing shade lightly over the entire face creates a naturally bronzed look. Mixing the pink-toned shades with a brush and lightly applying to the high points of the cheeks adds dimension and a vibrant expression.

The oval case, with its smooth texture, is made from ebony, a type of wood also used for the hulls of yachts sailing the Mediterranean. Indeed, the rounded form evokes a yacht's wooden deck, exuding true elegance. Along with the pouch featuring the Winter Capri print, it further enhances the vacation mood.
