Summer 2010 sees the arrival of "Metal Leaf," a limited edition for the "water" fragrance "L'EAU KENZO." Inspired by the metal tower where the man and woman from "L'EAU KENZO" commercials and advertisements stand, this limited edition captures that essence.

Two "Waters" Scented as One
"L'EAU" means "water" in French. Water, in its purest form, has no scent. It was "L'EAU KENZO" that gave scent to this water. The women's "L'EAU KENZO pour femme" expresses the gentle, flowing, serene charm of water, while the men's "L'EAU KENZO pour homme" captures the fierce, unrestrained rush of water flowing between rocks.
The ingredients for each fragrance were chosen to reflect this duality: lotus flower and lotus leaf, frosted mint and aqua mint, pink pepper and green pepper – using different parts of the same plant or similar ingredients. While possessing distinct personalities, the blends are designed to harmonize, allowing each fragrance to stand alone or, when worn together by a man and woman respectively, to meld into a new, shared scent.
The product name is intentionally placed on the back of the bottle, creating the illusion of looking into the water when viewed from the front. The limited edition "Metal Leaf" accessory can also be enjoyed as a keychain for the men's version and a pendant for the women's.
